Story Time: I was an extra on the set of Wine Country in April of 2018. I was a waiter for three days, every day was about 15 hours. Nothing better than seeing Amy and her whole gang cracking us ups singing and pretending to be drunk. On the way to lunch one day a buddy of mine accidentally stepped on Amy's foot. "I am so Sorry I didn't mean that," he said. "That's Okay," then Amy proceeded to step on his foot. "Now we're even!" By far one of my favorite moments I witnessed last year.

Hahhaha! That's a fun story! So Amy's MO: 1. Step on the foot that stepped on you 2. Pinch children (at least once a year)

I have to add onto this. Quite a few of my friends worked on it as either PAs or background and everyone said it was one of the best sets they’ve ever been on (we have another project in the area that shoots 6 months out of the year that’s less fun and tends to be tiring) and they went on and on about how lovely and amazing Amy is. Just the sweetest person ever who made the set a great environment.

The Beast Yes, “cancelled” after seven seasons. We all know the *best* shows are the ones that go on for years past their expiry date instead of knowing when to end it properly.
@Noah-Lach
@Noah-Lach 5 жыл бұрын
The Beast Don’t care. The show ended exactly when it should have and delivered a satisfying conclusion while still near the top of its game. If you want to shit on it for not suffering the same tragic fate as The Office then that’s your prerogative - the rest of us will be here, happy that they didn’t milk an eight season out of a story that was clearly ready to end.

We're socially conditioned to believe that men are better at stem subjects so they are encouraged to do it (and continue) from an early age. Women and girls are actively discouraged from the pursuit with myths about women being bad at math (women invented maths and most science) or the representation of women in stem in media is strictly for sex/entertainment purposes to further the male protagonists plot. tl;dr because tradition
