I made some banana bread and put some mini chocolate chips in it just for something different. I also sprinkled a few chips on top of the banana bread before baking. It is very sweet but yummy! Just an idea for anyone who wants to turn it up a notch! Glad you have Chris, he seems like a great guy! My husband's name is Chris, too. 👍❤️ Have a safe trip!

I only make mini loaves these days. They bake faster and make really cute gifts. I use parchment paper. The loaves pop right out. I wipe the pans down with a paper towel and voila! No washing, no mess.

I use disposable pans I give away in the pan if you want. Today I made no bake key lime toasted coconut cheesecake easy! Graham cracker crust 1 pkg graham crackers crushed. Tablespoon sugar 6 tablespoons butter press into pie plate. 1/3 cup key lime juice or regular lime 2 packages softened cream cheese 1 can sweetened condensed milk Toasted cocoanut I’m a small pan on stove top. Combine filling mix pour into pan top with toasted coconut chill until set. Top with whipped cream in the can. I have same mixer it starts fast!
