I really like this interview. I feel that this is a REAL interview and not just what comedy shows do, ask questions just for Amy to "tell your jokes, clown", you know? Having to actually answer questions instead of just being funny all the time. I like it a lot. And Amy is great, as usual.

The crowd and interviewer suck yet it's still a great interview because Amy kept it going amazingly well. And the reason Amy kept saying 'I should give shorter answers' is because a GOOD interviewer, will "interupt" you when they sense you're finished. If they don't do that, the interviewee feels compelled to just keep going and going because they want to fill the silence.

In addition to being hilarious, I think Amy is one hell of an actress. Regardless of how ridiculous the circumstances get in her sketches she always inhabits the characters really convincingly. I think it's inevitable that she'll do a dramatic role, and she'll probably win an Oscar.

When the camera panned out, they seemed to be laughing sometimes. It just seems like they're dead silent throughout because they didn't have microphones set up there like they do for tapings of comedy specials or talk shows or sitcoms. Like yeah, they were a bit stiff, but also, ya can't really hear someone who's not being recorded, ya know? But no, this was not the best crowd in the world.
