Swatching & Comparing All of Devinah’s Special Shadows

Hey y’all! I originally prefilmed this video and planned for it to go up whenever Devinah had a restock, but I have bronchitis and can’t film so I’m posting the videos I have prefilmed. I’m sorry so much is out of stock, but hopefully this will be a good reference video for the future ❤️ Wednesday’s video will also be another overhead (again not how I would have planned to do them back to back) of Terra Moons BYOP’s. And then after that I’m not sure. I haven’t messed up my schedule in years but this is just where I’m at 😅 I hope you’re all staying healthy and doing well ❤️

Yeah I would find that helpful! Some of the shades she was saying confused me hehe and I just had to guess that's what she meant. She also said centauras twice. Once at 10:32 and another at 14:16! I'm not sure if she meant tucana for one of the shades haha but I need to know LOL

Don't forget JD Glow! Lol I love my JD Glow shadows. The shade named "Unexpected" is so shiny and gorgeous! They are all gorgeous but unexpected was really unexpected and it's simply gorgeous on top of any eye look 💜💜 oh and I love their special multichromes and they ship so fast! Also it's owned by 2 women and I love supporting small businesses especial woman owned businesses.

Lol, I placed 2 orders today (Thanksgiving'21) during 'hunger games' (a lot of shades got sold out in a first few minutes! ). Still came here to watch Amy's videos. But no, no more buying 😢 until next Black Friday. I had to do two orders because I noticed that bunch of shades were sold out as solo but still were available in bundles and it was worth for me to buy bundles since they had more then half of shades I wanted and 35% discount is too good.

I know you did a comparison of the iridescent multichomes, but would you consider doing a comparison of all the similar formulas and shades between Devinah, Terramoon, and Clionadh? I feel like some shades are really similar across the brands and the formulas are what makes them different. Could you also share why you like a formula over the other as you did in the iridescent multichrome comparison?

I have Devinah's "Polaris" and Terra Moon's "Looking Glass"- they're exactly the same except Devinah has a smoother formula and Terra is a bit crumbly. I'm kind of upset that I got the same color because they were expensive, even when I bought them during the Black Friday sale.

Hey Amy, loved the comparisons! I'm preparing a list for a future order with newer shades and I noticed at 10:45 you swatched a shade you said is Centaurus and then at 14:30 again Centaurus. Contrasting with the website, I think the second one was the real Centaurus, but I'm wondering what's the shade at 10:45 really called. I hope you don't mind and thank you!

I think that one is Tucana! It's similar to the shade Pink Ginger in the Kaleidos Sashimi City palette. They came out at the same time as a little mini release from Devinah (along with a shade named Moonlit).

I have all of these shadows from Devinah as well. I think it depends on what colors you are drawn to & the finish you want. The Aurorae Flare line (black based multichromes) is definitely the shiftiest & are purely metallic (Exosphere & Magnetosphere are favs). If you like shadows with glitter/sparkles, I would go for the Galaxy Dust collection (Messier, Asteria, Tucana & Celesta are amazing). The Willy Wonka (pastels), Candy Cakes (hybrids) & Sugar Drops (iridescent) are also beautiful & sparkly but less shifty than the multichromes.
