My version of your 4 shelves is: I got 2 spinning treys , 1 for perfumes and 1 for mists. And they have to fit! I hate clutter aswell so I found peace in staying under 30 fragrances. 😶‍🌫️

I create my monthly perfume tray with a few things in mind, casual days, bedtime, dates, running errands etc. once I have my tray for the month I pick from those depending on my mood or what I’m doing ☺️
