@timothysmith50603 жыл бұрын
Way to do your homework!! It will always pay off ! Congratulations! I knew-0- about vending -now 14/15 years later , I absolutely love it ! In April I sold my business with a partner that was 21 yrs old - now I’m 100% solo with a smaller business and love it ! Last company we mainly used AP - now I’m using 95% Crane machines! Love them ! Reliable- Easy to maintain and Program ! Lou in Houston Texas / Vending Concepts is the tops!! Machines/ service/ tech service / parts all under one roof ! You buy a machine from them - you have lifetime tech support !! When you have issues (which you will ) it’s huge to have live tech support while your standing in front of your machines trying to fix them !! Took me 14 yrs to find them ! Very happy ! Congratulations- and best of luck !!! 👍

I've heard good things about the Vendo 21 series: 621, 721, 821. No extra parts required to change for product type. Made in the USA. Automatic backstop so you don't have to reach all the way through the columns to try and set them. Drop sensor.

I also started a vending machine business. My first and only machine so far is a Dixie Narco 501e. My only concern with this machine is most often it will not fit through doors. So it's left outside. I'm concerned it won't be able to handle the winters. Does anyone have any insight?
@Amy_allen003 жыл бұрын
lol there was one time were we just took the doors off the building, its usually easy with just a few screws, then you can kinda maneuver it in either by opening the glass vending door and having that go first in an angel or you could reassemble the door inside the building but I would not know how to do that, Mark was my handy person! how'd it go? is it outside I know im a month late at responding 0.o
@timothysmith50603 жыл бұрын
Depending on your winters - the environment is extremely hard on machines! Very last resort is having them outside! If your owner/ operator it super increases your maintenance and service- frozen pops is no fun ! 14 years of vending- I would not leave a machine outside - un protected !?

This is such a helpful video, thank you for this information! I’m debating between a USI 3014a and a AP 112 .. do you think the AP would be better? It seems to be newer and it seems to be easier to add a card reader to. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

credits cards are almost a must! not only is it more convent for when a person does not have change, but it also tracks your inventory and lets you know virtually if you are almost out of an item. AS long as the machine is not to old the encrypted board should be compatible!

I'm considering buying a wittern 3503a but it's a 220v. Do any of your machines require a 220v electrical outlet, or should I just scrap that idea because it's an inconvenience.
@Amy_allen003 жыл бұрын
You could always buy a converter, i just saw there was one on amazon for $17 solving the outlet issue Wittern are good machines
@hanoszprime54313 жыл бұрын
@@Amy_allen00 oh really, I didn't think that was possible because most outlets are 110v? What kind is the one youve yoused? Does it just connect to the plug, or would I install inside the machines power supply?

How do you agree on how much to pay owner of locations where you machines are going to be
@Amy_allen005 жыл бұрын
Its usually a standard 10 percent of how much the machine makes per month, bbbuuttt I dont pay the owners at these locations.
@sonia21695 жыл бұрын
@@Amy_allen00 how did you convince owner?
@michaelmackey71595 жыл бұрын
@@sonia2169 In some cases the property owner will usually go for it out of convenience for either their staff, or customers because its a free service to them they didn't have to buy themselves.
