this looks like the perfect rice cooker. I've been waiting to find a good one. I like the ceramic pot. I either missed it or you never said, what was the total time it took to cook? I think you said it would take 10 minutes to start the timer, but I missed how much time after that

It takes 40 minutes or longer. We didn't time it, but it took a bit. It counts down when it's almost done.
