We eat toast all the time. Avocado toast and peanut butter toast are a great quick snack. Sometimes even a meal for me. I do have a toaster but when I didn't, It's a lot faster to broil the bread. A few seconds on each side and it's perfect.

For toast, why don't you turn the broiler on and broil the bread until you like the doneness on each side? Then the inside of the bread won't dry out. Even better you could broil/toast one side, then before returning the bread to the oven to toast the other side, lightly butter it. When it is finished the toast will already be buttered.

I like using my air fryer to bake our sweet potatoes, I know it takes a lil bit longer, but A.Fryer doesn't get my kitchen as hot my oven does,Also I start it an hour to hour an half b4 we eat,and worth the wait/so good and moist...Slice it a couple times half way thru the middle an poke a knife thru the sides 4/5 times..cook at 350 for 40mins/then 400 at 20/25 mins,.smaller s.p. less time,I know Microwave is faster too but I don't like using it when cooking for my furbabies. I like buying big sweet tators and I share w/ my 5 chihuahuas, they love s.p, mommie gets a lil no salt butter babies don't and once or twice a week I'll bake or make s.p. fries for my furbabies,.So we love sweet potatoes..Debbie from Missouri,..God Bless

All the snacks look good. My mom used to make us homemaid snacks growing up. She made potato candy, This date candy that looked like strawberrys but was made out of dates and sprinkles and some other stuff, and she made fudge and buck eyes. Man I miss them sweet days. As far as my sweet potatoes I like butter and pepper with sauteed onions soft bacon bits and sour cream. If eating a steak with it then steak sauce mixed in the potato combo. And I dont like them with sweet stuff on it.
