I got a gift card for Christmas. I used it on my dad's medicine and gas for his car. And I spent the rest on medicine for my 5 children because they got sick. Its what Mamas do! We take care of everyone! I thank the Lord for Mothers and I'm glad you can still spend time with yours! (My Mom went home to be with the Lord in 2013) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Looks so fun(: I love the idea of pizza 🍕 takeout for Christmas Eve. It’s easy and crowd pleasing. It frees everyone up to just have fun and visit with family. Plus if using paper plates and such it’s virtually no clean up.

Anyone else notice the small boy who perched himself in front of the cookies with his pizza?? He sampled each flavor of frosting a couple times with his tiny fingers and than “drank” the toppings! He probably was just sprinkling a few into his mouth but it was still funny to watch. Check it out, how he masterly watches the adults and then goes in for the kill when no one is watching. He did take a few bites of pizza....

We don’t do presents anymore. We make up Christmas stockings of sweets, chocolates and I usually crochet my kids a blanket or wearable item. This year I made 3 blankets and a scarf for my husband.
