We all love watching your adventures but never worry about taking care of yourself. Sometimes you need to take time to decompress and give it to the lord. My parents and I discuss and love watching whenever you post videos. We will be praying for your health and for Dougo’s grandmother. God bless you all 🙏🏼

Sending you a HUGE HUG Amy !!!!!!!! Do understand your words about grief !!!! I lost my daughter about a month ago and I am struggling with grief myself. Losing a child is heartbreaking, so I understand your thoughts about Doug’s grandmother. Caring for those that are close to us and losing them is grief, especially the older we ourselves get. Do sincerely understand your words in today’s video. You are a wonderful and caring person Amy, that is who you are !!!!!! Those that have you in their lives are so fortunate!!!!!!!! You take care of yourself also, that is important. With my blessings always Amy. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. 😊🌹🙏🕯️🇺🇸

Oh I'm so glad I watched this episode so maybe you'll feel better if I say, Me Too. My daughter in law had Lyme Disease and I felt so badly for her. She was trying to take care of two very small children and didn't live close to us or her parents. It's such a tough battle. I am so sorry. I too know battling something life altering and have been since 2012 and you are so right... it has many tenacles and issues secondary to the main problem. I get it. I get how all of that and life's situations can just be overwhelming. I too know what it's like to take care of elderly or sick parents. That's another whole situation that I survived through, but it is very stressful. So I'm a good bit older than you guys so these seasons of life are in my past for the most part. I'm still dealing with my own sickness but most of the things you speak about, are at least 10 years behind me. My faith helped a lot but that stress stuff is very hard on your body and mind. I was not good at giving it to God. I was just good at knowing that even when I felt out of control, God had control. My best advice to you is..... don't live too far ahead. If you can only live minute by minute then that is where you are. I had a time in my sickness early on when I could only get from one tick of the clock to the next. I was experiencing a lot of grief for losing who I'd been. I was in a lot of pain. I was partially paralyzed. I was in bed most of the day for a good 3 years of my life. Everything I loved doing came to a halt. Realizing that it was ok to only absorb one tick of the clock at a time, led to one minute, to one hour, to one day, to one month and today even though I live with some permanent effects, I go at God's speed. Whatever he puts before me I am aware belongs to him and he'll lead me through. I still stress but I also rest in knowing that my only option is to wait on Him. It will get better when He makes it so. We can't hurry it up and the biggest thing that makes any difference is how we go through this thing causing our stress. For me, it was giving God the glory. That's the only thing that matters. It doesn't matter that I'm sick and things aren't getting done. What matters is that in my moment, God has a reason for my season. He has a reason for taking me through it and it's for His glory. In all things, give God the glory. Doesn't make it easy. But while we are here on earth, our focus is giving God the glory and that's the reason for everything. It may be that the people watching need to see you go through it. It may be just for you. But God sure has His reasons. Hugs and I'll be praying for you. I can just tell you that I understand and it's ok. It's normal what you are feeling.

I can sympathize with you on grief wearing you down. I haven't been "normal" since December 2nd when I lost my Mom. I helped take care of her for the last few years of her life & was with her every day so it is really hard to be here in the house all by myself with her not around. I try to keep myself busy with family & friends when I can. I'll tell you watching the videos that you & Chet put out & the other channels I follow sure help to pass the time. I am starting to feel more normal every day. I hope you feel better also. Now I am going to watch the newest Larson Farms video.

Amy. We lost my father-in-law in February of 2014, my mom in January of 2015, and I lost 3 extremely close people in February of 2015. It took me years to crawl out of the depression I was in. Then in April of 2019, I lost my older and closest brother. I am still dealing with all of this. Time goes on but the memories are there to make it better. I love and pray for you and your family every day!

Just take care of yourself and don’t worry about content. I always enjoy your videos regardless of the content you share. You and Doug are a wonderful inspiration to many of us who follow you. Grief is difficult, but the hand of god is warmth and in time gives us peace. People talk about “closure”, but I do not believe that there is ever closure, only moving forward with life, comforted by the love of Christ.
@amysblessings10 күн бұрын
Closure. Ya. I hadn’t thought about that. The door gets opened often.

Smart thing to do is to have these types of systems checked on a yearly basis. Rust requires oxygen so, you have to have some sorta of pin hole leak somewhere and if you're low on water, only proves that unless that pressure relief valve is leaking. I could be wrong. Stay safe in this weather, great video, cheers :)

Might add distilled water to the floor system. Mine has been in place since 2009 and the solution is still pink. I also use only bronze pumps rather than cast iron, which also may make a difference. Good luck in figuring it out!

Amy sister, if you're not feeling good, don't worry about content, we all know how tough life can be. Age happening is hard, especially when you start losing your grand parent's and parent's. I have one friend, and at time's i really miss my family. My mom passed in 2016, and her birthday would have been today, she'd have been 75. Grief seems like it hits you hard sometimes, it leaves your mind for awhile, and then it comes up again out of nowhere. I usually get my Bible out and read it when i have those time's when i feel so alone, and it comforts me. I struggle with this progressive MS, and the effects from the prathyroid problem that it took the Dr.'s many year's to catch. I have time's when I'm just tired and feel sick from it, and the daily physical pain gets to be a bit much at time's. I try to be as active as i can, because i don't want to lose any more of my mobility. My friend has a lot of physical stuff going on, and it puts a lot on my shoulders trying to help her. I let her live with me for free, because she doesn't have anyone to help her nearby. Much of the time i don't mind helping, but at time's i feel like thing's are expected, or she doesn't think about all the thing's i do that i don't have to do. I don't feel appreciated much of the time, and i don't have to do any of this, but i dk it, because my heart tells me it's what the Lord wants me to do. I then think about vanity, and that i really don't need a thanks, or yeah that's good enough. I was talking to my family Dr. about some of this, and she said that i won't evict my friend, because she understands that my faith, and how i serve the Lord is most important to me. She's right though, and i feel like the struggles that i have gone through i. life have made my faith stronger, and brought me closer to the Lord. We all have to carry our Cross, and just have faith that one day we are found worthy to be a part of the Kingdom of G-d. I'm sorry that you're having a rough time, i shared my woes with you, just wanted you to know you're not alone. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Thank you for sharing your life with us, you helped me today, I'm not the only one who has been feeling kinds down. I think that's the nice thing about sharing on here, you meet people who get it, and that is a comfort. G-d bless all of you.

Dougo, I farm in north central Montana and have three separate floor heat systems the last one that I plumbed the plumbing contractor/company I purchased my materials said to run straight RV antifreeze in the system and it has worked flawlessly no more worries getting my antifreeze/water mixture to strong or to weak might be worth your time to look into it
