The trailer you bought is built in Farley Ia and sent to Canada Phiber to put their equipment on. I work at Behnkes building these trailers and we send quite a few of these trailers to them for spray trailers. If you would like a tour of the plant they do them. Bring Chris with if your ever thru Eastern Iowa. Oh ya Fast Ag has one of the same trailers for his sprayer.

Tony Fast has a DASH trailer like that, I was amazed at how bright the lights are in the pitch black at night. It’s very nice. You’re gonna love it. The hockey pucks are just plain cool.

Your reverse osmosis/spotless rinse unit is just fine, you need a larger reservoir tank.

We liked your video so much of last years trailer that we are building 4 trailers this winter of our own design ,and see how they work out .we have budgeted for 4 more for next year. We will probably do four more the following year also, we have 8 spray units and don’t wash out often. We raise 15 different crops a year and the units are designated as to certain crops. And as much custom spaying as our own

When I was in the Army we built a car wash in the field I think you could use part of in your wash bay. Using conduit and spray nozzles we built a drive through spray station, top, sides, bottom, to clear chemicals from our vehicles. I think such a setup would be useful about 5' inside the door of your wash bay. Takes the salt right off. Not sure if it would be useful for tractors, but your vehicles and trucks would love it.

In Minnesota with restrictions off you can haul up to 99000 on 6 axles and 90000 year round with the 300 dollar permit same with the 7 axles 99000 and 97000 year round

On what roads though? Township gravel is 5 ton, county roads from 7-10,at least out in the "boonies".

I live in Calgary, Alberta so I am a Canadian. I heard Chet say that the rollers on the door use hockey pucks. You should see how many hockey pucks are used even while the team is practicing. . . . it must be in the hundreds. Then consider how many NHL teams there are. If hockey pucks are used, you can understand that they are a cheap commodity. . . . Yes, the salt is hard on equipment. Spray it off before it starts rusting your equipment.

There are several advantages to the Meritor PSI system other than automatic tire pressure monitoring. It will tell you if you have a low tire. It will reseat a tire that has lost all it's air and de-beaded. In ten miles of rolling it will reseat the tire and inflate the tire to pressure. Unless you have a blowout, it will maintain the pressure even if their is a nail in the tire and allow you time to have the tire repaired without causing damage to the tire. It has an audible alarm that will go off in case of bearing failure so you will know before it destroys the hub or axle. The only negative about the system is you can't just jump in the truck and go. You have to wait until you no longer hear air going to the trailer system. I recommend starting the truck, lraving the parking brake on the tractor engaged, and releasing the trailer brake while doing paperwork or allowing the truck to warm up. It will increase the life of your tires by 50% or more,

Pretty sure that's the same trailer Tony Fast runs. Watched him use it for a couple of years and he's been tickled to death with it, loves it. Before our first child was born, my wife wanted us both to go to "how to be parents" classes. My mother was finally able to convince her not to. She said the best way was to just jump in feet first and learn as you go, like all parents used to do before such classes became available. Of course we were nervous to just suddenly one day become parents, but in the long run, we were glad we did it that way.

You can run the nice fancy chrome top hats on the new trailer with the central inflation, you just have to put a hole to feed the air line through, pull the cap off the hat screw them in and re-install

its ok to put on the valve on the tires but if one has a leak they are both flat

They only equalize the tires to a certain psi, and then a check valve goes off, so it never deflate both.
