This was perfect timing. I’m sitting here with all of these books is the middle of the year and I just want to completely re-transform the way I’m planning not getting ready for 2025 because I think that’s insane but just redoing and reimagining some things in my life I’m currently on a wellness journey so I’m gonna reimagine that kind of notebook and this, this is perfect. This is exactly what I needed and to hear you say it’s only a 10 or 15 minutes. Oh this is this is in my morning routine starting Monday love love love love love this.

Thank you Amy. I am in the process of decluttering anticipating a move next year. I have not had time since COVID to scrapbook or stamp since. I had sooo much stuff! So I purged what I didn’t want and kept everything that I would use. Including some of your ephemera 😀. I took what remains, some stamps and stickers for creative journaling. Love this Amy! I was very curious about using a Hobonichi and I was lucky to find a 2023 one on eBay for $5! I figured this way I can try it and see if I like it. Just an idea for others because they are kind of expensive.

In January 2024 I found a 2023 hobo on eBay for $22 including shipping. I’ve been using it all year but wanted a lower price point to test it out before buying such an expensive planner. I’ve just been editing the days of the weeks/etc so it works for this year. Hope you’re enjoying your 2023 one too!!

So beautiful!!!!!! Do you print your pictures at home? Are you sure they won't fade for them not having been developed in a lab? I worry a lot about durability in photos... Home printing or lab? Thanks!

Thank you!! I print these at home. I just did a compact printer review and uploaded that video. I do prefer matte photos printed in a lab, but I don't have the patience for it. For me, I think it's more important to get to creativity and doing this daily doesn't work if I have to wait for prints to come from a lab. Especially bc locally they only print glossy and I don't prefer that.

I just ask for "milky white" and they know the look I am going for. It is SNS dip powder and she usually has to mix a couple of shades to achieve the look. Hope this helps!

as someone who has had similarly boring periods, i like tracking what i am watching/listening to. my tastes change over time in a way i never noticed until i started writing about it. idk, i know it sounds silly, but especially since the yt algorithm has gotten so weird, i found it fun

I definitely go through periods when I watch ‘useful’ things on KZbin and sometimes ‘waste of time’ things and maybe that does tell some kind of a story about my life in that moment, so thanks for that. You see people sometimes write down what their current playlist is, or what they are binge watching, and that does record a moment in time.
