How do you scale these strategies? most of the strategies which involve selecting 1 adgroup/1 category for targeting holds good if i were to promote 1 -10 products. What is the strategy to scale it (1000s of products)...Following this strategy i would have 1000s of campaigns just for 1 kind of targeting.

hi viral...great insights as usual....have a query... have been running ads - auto & manual. After running for 15 days and 1 month, i checked teh search terms report. I found there r good impressions which has good amount of clicks but no sales. i found even the basic of my keyword (which is the product itself) too has more than 100+ clicks with just 1 or 2 sales on it. The reviews are also 14 on one product and 32 on the other (genuine). So why is this happening and what is solution.
