People have probably recommended other good ones but I think one of the best one for you to check out Is a subpar guide to Seventeen because you already know their music. You just need to get to know the members and it is a good guide to get to the members’ personalities and get more familiar with their faces.

Personally, when it comes to guides for Seventeen, I would greatly recommend looking at the “Who Is Seventeen” Series by SVTHinapia, it’s honestly the most neutral guide, the guide you checked out actually used jokes/ comments that the members themselves have said they have been uncomfortable with (Mostly the Vernon as decaprio thing. He has said MANY times he doesn’t like that). Also, the guide went in order of the Units, if you are curious about their actual age order: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua (‘95 line) , Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, (‘96 line) DK, Mingyu, The8, (‘97 line) Seungkwan, Vernon, (‘98 line) Dino(‘99 line)

You didn’t stutter and I don’t blame you lol. This was a confusing “guide”. I’ve been a fan for a while but it was easy to learn with their tv series from the beginning. As for a guide, fans always revert to a Subpar guide to Seventeen buuut it’s not the best and is extremely outdated. I’m going to go look. I’ll be back 😂 EDIT: Holy hot damn, I just fell down the rabbit hole of Seventeen:The movie. You watch that guide and you will know who everyone is with actual (not silly) facts. It is 2 hours but there are 13 members all with different personalities, strengths, goals, etc. It has four parts that could be split into 30 mins (intro/HIPHOP/VOCAL/PERFORMANCE). That’s probably why I hate most guides because 13 members is a lot to fit in a 15-20 video without leaving out a significant amount of info (frustrating to be honest). The performances to show the members strengths that this person uses are the B-Side performances that are AMAZING but no reactor EVER reacts too. Damn this thing was well made. That’s my vote, I’ve been a fan since 2016 and there has never been a decent guide that is not meme-filled or confusing (in my opinion) to new fans until this. About some better guides, the best is " A Seventeen guide: the movie". Unfortunately it's two hours long but it can be split in more than one episode. Than there is the guide in three episodes of "Who Is Seventeen" by SVThinapia, very good. The Subpar guide to Seventeen is good enough to start to know the members but it's outdated and sometimes a bit cringy. But I think that you'll get to know the members very well watching the episodes of Hit The Road! And I'm waiting for your reactions!

i think the most reliable way to get to know seventeen is watching their programs, vlogs, interviews and listening to their songs.. sounds tiring because there are 13 members and they are 5 years into the industry now but i can garantee it will pay off. those guide videos are just... lame... there are so much more about them as a group and much more of them as individuals. they are so passionate, so so so so talented, SO FUNNY (hands down the funniest group and i say that as a person who stan 5 more other groups) and their bond is just so precious. they wrote and produce their own songs and even make their own coreographies (wich are insane by the way).. they are literally the whole package. rap line on point, amazing vocal line, insane coreographies and all of that while being huge dorks plus humble babies that love each other and their fans so so much.

since i have been a carat since they debuted i can recommend you to watch SEVENTEEN PROJECT before you watch Hit The Road... SVT PROJECT shows you what did the boys had to go through and do to debut... it’s like a show during their predebut days you will love it, it consists of like 8 episodes i think... also Vernon’s full name is Hansol Vernon Chwe i saw that in the video they wrote it wrong lol Vernon and Joshua are half american and half korean as you saw... there’s a lot of info missing... i recommend you to start watching Seventeen Project and then watch their Weekly Idols episodes they’re very fun to watch and then you can watch the Going Seventeen episodes from their channel... :D

Wow, you really really should watch another guide. Please do! Not that I hate this but... That Leo DiCaprio thing is a big no no for us coz, like you, Vernon says he doesn't look like him so we definitely stopped that. And I really hope there was a focus on Woozi as the producer & writer of their songs. I know there's so much about them and it's hard to pick what to highlight about the members but I really hope that the helpful & meaningful traits were put in there.
