I find that while it's nice when a top dog gets beaten by a lower ranked player, too often that lower ranked player can't keep up the standard until the end of the final and the overall quality of the tournament lowers. Of course there are exceptions like when Rob Cross just kept beating everyone a few years back and won it.

It was Kims inability to break prices throw in the last few sets that lost him the game. He hit his doubles when to hold on his throw but multiple occasions he had 3 darts at a double to break prices throw and throw for the match but he cracked under the pressure. Thats the difference between a good player and a great player.

Yeah indeed i think he made a mistake going for D9 i the 5th leg of the 7th set because you cant really atack it from the first dart and if you miss the first one you dont want to go inside

everybody should watch the price documenary once before judging. i made the same mistake, i didn't like him for some years but when he got better and better i informed myself, what everybody should do. gerwyn price has a good attitude, he knows what competition means and he is not aggressive at all, he is a very calmed down character. please watch his story and then judge again.
