Was 13/13 on tops in the final at one stage and 10/10 on 10s in the semi. Never seen anything like it. Also there was 2 or 3 sets in the middle of the final where he was unplayable. Gwan Gezzy well deserved

Love a sportsman who is always pumped. Took a while for Gerwin to grow on me, but his double top set ups and check outs are impressive. You could never tell him otherwise now, he is a bonafide world champ. Congrats lad. 👍🇦🇺

Once you see it, you realize he isn't disrespecting anyone and he does it for himself. I really love how he always screams even when he is down which shows that he still believes and thats why he is a champion.

it's still incredible how consistent price was on the doubles, especially his D20 ... but at the moment he could lift the trophy, unfortunatly at this very moment, it broke completly - but i'm really glad he got it later

@@alexandervolker9536 : Phil Taylor never made over 1 million in the ranking system I don’t think mate , it’s only been in place 13yrs (2007) and I don’t think Phil ever passed that 1 million mark 🤷🏽‍♂️ he might have but I read a article afew months back saying peter wright was only the 2nd man ever to do it with mvg been 1st and now price 3rd but Taylor won around 7.5 million over his career but I’m 90% sure he never made it over 1 million in 2yrs

@@Chelskie-darts Taylor has had over 1 million in the rankings in 2010, while RvB was in the 2nd place with about 300 - 350 thousand. So you can see the gap between 1st & 2nd as Taylor has 3 times more money than RvB, what shows how great Taylor was. So, Price is the 4th.

I rly admire him for his dedication and will power. He has nerves and balls of steel and the fans boo very often at him which makes him even stronger because of his competitive thinking. In the beginning I Rly didn't like him because he provoked his opponents and polarized too much. But he changed that and is now a great sportsman in defeat and in winning and such an awesome talent!!
