Thank You very much for the shout out. The OS holds temps well for a thin walled inexpensive grill. I really do believe that OS is the best grill for under a 99 bucks. In fact they can be had for less than $70 sometimes. American made too. I also like Tiger sauce seems like it would be awesome on a meat loaf! That one looked fantastic.

So good and yeah I'm one of the few who have an old smokey. Mine however needs cleaning just saying. ;) Also it started out as a bucket company until they came across your relative. :)

Thanks for the vid! What’s the size of the charcoal grate you used inside under the indirect tray? Is it 18 inches?
@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for Watching! That was along time ago, but I think you are correct,, 18”
@SkyHawk28492 жыл бұрын
I have the 18in and my Temps don't hold very well. I leave both intake/exhaust fully open the entire time. Am I missing something? I use b&b lump or briquettes. I'm thinking of adding a small damper on the side for extra oxygen.
@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Haven’t had one for couple of years now. But adding additional oxygen will definitely help
@danreyes26042 жыл бұрын
I’ll need to modify my old smokey in order to use same smoking technique you used right sir?Or will i just need to order a weber 22 charcoal grate?Thank you in advance.
@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for Watching Dan! The choice is yours, both work very well
