An analysis of the Establishment

This podcast is inspired by the pinned tweet of Rahul Roushan's Twitter profile where he says " Establishment is the bunch that systematically controls your thoughts through media and academics, controls your speech and actions, through the judiciary, and not the govt that's there for 5 years." We try to have a long chat about the many facets of how the establishment remains the same even though governments come and go. Also, can we really change the establishment or tweak it? If yes is it ideal?

What congress didn't have , which modi govt has is the internet. It cell phenomenon . It manufactures consent to such a deep subconscious level that it alters personality . The only institution that's corrupt is the institution of media. If modi govt had ruled let's say hypothetically after independence, and congress had grabbed hold of it cell phenomenon first and whatsapp university first in 2014 , they would have won in the same way modi won, by a landslide....And if anybody rules for 70 years, they re bound to go, just by basic law of dynasties, you get a weak heir and you lose the dynasty as simple as that, so if bjp rules for 70 years from 2014, then in 2084, the same line of reasoning will be used for bjp that today bjp uses against the congress.
