Exactly. There is no perfect handheld for what i want on the market. Give me rg405m form factor, but oled screen and hdmi out, and rp4 pro performance. I want that pocketability

It actually depends on the seller. Sellers would offer a card with only PS2 games which cost extra. You can attempt to find roms on the Internet but it's actually harder now and days and filled with viruses.
