Guys - you are the cutest. Love hearing Tim's ghost stories and watching you both giggle. Also, regarding Jackson getting sick - don't put too much effort into trying to figure it out. My daughter did that regularly for about a month - I kept a food diary to see if I could pinpoint something that was causing it and then as quick as it began, it vanished, never to return again. She is now 28 with a beautiful little boy of her own, who turns one Wednesday!

Love ghost stories! We had some sewer work being done at our house years ago and while they started digging up the ground in our backyard, each night I saw a male figure in the hallway to the bedrooms just standing holding a long stick. It didn't even scare me, I just felt calm. I told one of the workers about it on the last day and he said the area where our house was built was over an old cemetery and it didn't surprise him that I may have seen something. When they filled the ground back in, I never saw it again. (I edited my description of the figure as I was concerned about it would be offensive in relation to nationalities and I didn't mean for it to be as my family has part of our heritage linked.) Thank you for referring the Children's Rescue Coalition! I will definitely read more about it and share with family and friends.

Jen - the house where you grew up sounds similar to the one I grew up in. It was small, about 1200sf, and we lived next to a busy road. My bedroom was the scariest room in the house because it was in the front. We also had tall shrubs in the front yard that made for good hiding spots...one time a helicopter was looking for someone and it turns out that the Night Stalker (Richard Ramirez) was spotted in our neighborhood. When my dad went outside to look, the helicopter’s spotlight was on our yard and there was the Night Stalker, right in our front yard (next to my bedroom window)! He got away that night but was caught soon thereafter. Talk about scary!

The one time our baby had projectile vomiting the Dr. thought we either over fed or it was too warm and the tummy protects its self by getting rid of it. Love to see you two laughing. Made us smile and laugh too.

I have a tip for your light problem in Jackson’s room at night. Put a red bulb in it and at night you can turn it on, gives you plenty of light but doesn’t wake the baby. I used to change my sons diaper and put him right back to bed. Didn’t wake him up.
