An apple pie cake that won't last more than a day.

We tried to make this apple pie cake and we did not expect how easy the recipe was and yet how delicious!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
1 large apple
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
125 g of butter
200 g of brown sugar
3 eggs
200 ml of milk
2 vanillas
300 g of self-rising flour
For Glaso
100 g powdered sugar
2-3 tbsps of milk
Method
First, cut the apple into cubes. Then, add the cinnamon, 2 spoons of brown sugar, mix and leave it.
Then in a bowl, beat the butter that is at room temperature with the brown sugar until they become like a cream. Add in the room temperature eggs one by one.
We continue and pour the milk and work. Add the vanilla, the flour and mix to make a dough.
Then, spread 1/3 of the dough in a buttered and floured 39x12s cm pan.
Put half the apple cubes and cover with 1/3 of the dough. Spread the rest of the apple and cover with the dough.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius, on the heating element, until golden brown. Check with a toothpick if the inside is cooked.
Finally, mix the sugar together with the milk in a bowl until the mixture becomes a glaze.
Pour over the cooled cake and serve.

.. οτιδήποτε έχει σχέση με μήλο, κέικ, μηλόπιτα, μπισκότα και ότι άλλο, δε γίνεται να μη δεν έχει σταφίδες.. μήλα και σταφίδες πάνε μαζί.. πότε χωρια🙂
