Album art: Part 1: A record player standing on a thin layer that seems to go on forever. This is supposed to represent what the patient is just realizing what they're going to be in, an endless drop from the thing holding the record player which leads to the void. Once you know, it's too late. "Once they realize just what is happening to them...There is no turning back." Part 2: A clock, but you can't tell what exactly is the time. You don't know how exactly its placed because you can't see the numbers on the clock. But you know very well that it's moving forward, not stopping. The patient knows that they have oh so very little time to keep whatever they have left. Denial sets in, which makes them want to hold onto everything as it crumbles. It's heartbreaking, knowing that you're losing everything, you won't remember anything, you can't remember or learn anything knew because it's all pointless. Think about that for a moment. Everyone you know and love will be forgotten because of dementia. "There is no escape once dementia gets a hold of you. There is no cure, and what's the worst thing; There are no survivors." Part 3: A lamp, but it's hard to tell at first. The very first signs of confusion are starting to set in, but the patient still is aware of what the thing is. It's like looking at a flashlight, but there is a light bulb attached to a string. You know what flashlights are used for, but now you are getting it mixed up by thinking it looks like something else. This can be frustrating and emotionally stressful for the patient. Desperation slowly starts to creep in as the patient is scared that they are starting to forget basic things like a simple lamp. Which is why the end song makes it even more stressful and impacting. The patient is desperate, trying to remember and know who they are, why they're here, and what got them here. They want to survive for as long as they can. That's why the last song is called 'Just give me one more chance' "At the moment, I'm just falling, falling. Just falling as it were, I think of things and they go away forever." Part 4: Confusion is creeping in more and more, while the patient is starting to get things messed up more badly. The art is supposed to represent an engine, a stand for something, or maybe something else. Eventually, this art would continue and get messed up in the next part. But the patient is still realizing just how impacting this disease is. They are still begging to continue and try their best to remember, but even there, it's all getting messed up. It's all wrong. "Why is this happening..." Part 5: Supposed to represent a person, but by this point, the patient can't tell who is it supposed to be, they just know that it's a person. Maybe a women, or maybe a man, striking a pose or not, or if it's all a statue. They know that they are losing it. They are still trying to fight against it, but no matter what they do, they are only putting up a fight that's impossible to win. They can't let go of their memories, because once they do, what will they do? It's unfair, unwilling, impossible, and inevitable. "If I can only forget, what can I do?" Part 6: The art is supposed to represent... A horn, but it's just a horn, while a stick seems to try to hold it together. Behind it all is just a blank white space. The patient lost their battle. They now only just hope to make it through this growing storm. If they can't win, they can try to last as long they can, right? "It went like...It went like...It went..."

The early stages of Alzheimer's disease are mostly filled with the absolute shock of the diagnosis and then the denial following it.
