That was GREAT! The bird was evenly cooked all around which demonstrated the ability of the convection microwave. Love the deep sink; very functional! It was also a great display of the counter extension for prep. I'd really like to see a week or two worth of food and staples loaded into it. In addition, I'd like to see a fully loaded to the max demonstration to see how adequate and functional it can be.
