Here's another "lots of nice people around" story. I young couple I know had gone out to dinner and were driving home. It was late on a Saturday night-about 2 a.m. They were having a nice conversation when they heard a strange noise in the car. It was a kitten. They pulled over and searched for the kitten and finally found the little baby, but couldn't get to her. They both called their parents who came to see if they could figure out how to reach the kitten. They called some friends who came. They were all surrounding the car talking when a car comes by, stops, and pulls in to the parking lot where they had stopped. A nice young man asks if they need help. He turned out to be a mechanic and when he saw the kitten he realized they couldn't get her out without taking the bumper off the car. So he went to his shop, returned with the proper tools and took the bumper off, kitten was rescued and he put the bumper back on. He took no payment. Kitten was taken to the emergency room where it was determined she was uninjured but had an ear infection which they treated. The young woman kept the kitten to "take to the shelter" Monday morning. That's been over a year ago now and the kitten is still with her and she turned out to be a beautiful and sweet cat.

I love to hear stories about kindness and especially when it is displayed from the younger generation. Well done boys! It was hilarious watching your dogs jostling for a comfortable position on your lap! Bootsie is so funny! I have noticed on all videos that she sits up high so you can rub her tummy. She will sit there for ages in the hopes that you will do this. It is so cute! The others just want to lay down comfortably. They are all like 'children' wanting their daddy's attention. Happy Easter.
