I've only recently learned that my mind is ADHD wired, and that diagnosis explains a lot about how I experience my conscious mind. It also explains why meditation has been so important for me, and I explain the benefits in this video. But how do those of us with ADHD get the benefits of meditation when we simply can't sit still? One answer is to reframe what you think meditation is. If you realise that it's simply watching one's mind, then you can do it whether you sit still or not.
