How easy is it at removing/wiping off stains? (Seeing the white color)

I love the Civic Access pouch but it's really overpriced, even coming from someone that already has 2 Peak Design, 1 Bellroy, 1 Bellroy compact and Alpaka Elements pouches. I also don't see the value of the last 1L pouch, why is this $90?
