The Oedon guy was probably a reference to Oedon, the formless Great One from Bloodborne for which the cathedral ward chapel is named

My invasion record for an invasion I got the the end of is an hour and a half in the Painted World of Ariandel in DS3. My actual longest invasion, which ended with the host *literally DDOS'ing me,* was also in the Painted World of Ariandel, and that ended when the host relized that after the first 3 hours passed, I was seriously willing to wait another three hours for him and his two boyfriends to leave the bonfire at the literal start of the DLC.

i think when the game first came out pewdiepie did a 0 death run and he said "you dont need more than 30 vigor" and ppl took that as absolute truth, at least, that my head canon.

It's just the standard amount before the soft cap to not get one shot by most things in game. Just been a fromsoft standard since DS. It wasn't PewDiePie, just common known knowledge amongst players more interested in the game.

@@raptorate2872 and everyone with previous Fromsoft experience learned pretty much immediately that the soft cap of HP was nothing compared to the hard cap, and how Vigor is the most important stat in the game. Everyone should try to get 50-60 Vigor by endgame, but I'll go a step further and just say 60 flat out. No more, no less.

@@raptorate2872 most fromsoft vets know that you invest in HP and Endurance first and get your damage from weapon upgrades, then invest in damage stats once you have your health up.

@@BLK_MNI told my friend this who hasn’t played Elden ring since basically launch. He told me his build and asked if he should change anything, (he was doing a quality build but had 45 vigor and like 20 arc and faith). I told him 60 vigor is mandatory and he was shocked

Bleed builds are for people with brain bleeding

@@Shendapy use the anti bleed talisman. the anti bleed buff consumable. wear smth other than cloth. play passive so the build up can reduce itself. these are available for any build. and when the build up gets too high cure it with a bolus.
