The support from the GoFundMe: gofund.me/c3e2410b has allowed me to schedule multiple appointments with amazing doctors outside of my state who will be part of my medical team. These specialists in oncology, metabolic oncology, and other fields require out-of-pocket payments. My wife and I could not afford these visits without going into extreme debt-something we now don’t have to do thanks to you. I don’t have the words to fully express my gratitude or the relief your support has brought to my mind. Everyone’s generosity has completely blown me away and often brought me to tears. That being said, every view, share, warm comment, prayer, testimony, like, and kind-hearted message has meant everything to me, day in and day out. I look forward to reading your stories and words each day, especially at night. I feel like I have an army of people behind me, and I want everyone going through something similar to feel this kind of support. I’m committed to sharing my journey and everything I learn with my audience with as much humility as possible. Whatever I can give back, I will. Lord knows I get more out of making these videos than I could ever hope to give, but I promise to try. I love you all. You are saving my life and my mental health right now. I’m forever grateful. -Noah

On 12/18/2024 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 squamous cell anal cancer which has spread to the lymph nodes and vaginal wall. I’m staying positive and ready for a good fight. My philosophy is, if I felt good not knowing, why should knowing change the way I feel. I will not let this diagnosis bring me down. Stay strong my friend. You’ll get through this.

Doctor here , please please do not neglect mainstream medicine and fall in love with alternative treatments. The amount of patients I have seen who have gotten worse and/or die from taking the alternative route is heartbreaking . Do both if you must . But meet with the top specialist for your cancer and follow their guidance.

No no no take the chemo you can survive this with the right treatment . Alternative treatment does not work . Eat well rest well most of your cancer will have been removed it’s like they said it’s invading tissue and lymph nodes unless they have removed the lymph nodes already. 😊

Get with your oncologist asap. You need to let them explain it even tho your dad can decifer some things, find a good oncologist. GET TO A GOOD TEACHING ONCOLOGIST My sister just had Stage metastic cancer with spread in many ways/areas. She did ivermectin which is a horse dewormer. She had surgery and Drum roll Cancer free no cancer anywhere. You don’t need to travel far if you research. My sister did John’s Hopkins. She had a team of 6 and they were great. She (along with ivermectin) also did chemo.

Noah, my son was diagnosed with stage 4b colon cancer May 2023. It was very devastating to him and our family, he has 4 children. He’s undergone chemo, SBRT radiation, thoracotomy for lung lesions. His oncologist says he has responded so well with all treatments! He is fighting and researching every thing he can do to fight this. His chemo went well as far as side effects. Never lost his hair and has never missed a day of work. His mentality is to live life to the fullest, not to waste time. We pray for you.

My symptoms started 4 yrs ago..I took good quality CBD oil during chemo, ive finally cut out sugar and some crappier carbs. Ive been vegetarian 35yrs. We all poop our pants from time to time, no shame sweetie!! I wish you all the luck in the world, and a big hug from Wales ❤️ Ps i like the sound of fenben/iver, i hear it works better in conjunction with chemo, but im just a dumb ass muso 😂❤😂

Noah, you really need to meet with an oncologist to find out more information on YOUR specific cancer. I understand you want to treat this alternatively, but please do not disregard mainstream medicine. You can incorporate both. You will need NGS ( next generation sequencing) to get DNA of your tumor. There are targeted treatments now available, sometimes in place of chemo. CTDNA also is used to identify cancer in your blood. Cancer sheds DNA in bloodstream and it can be monitored. CTDNA can show cancer is present 6 months prior to recurrence on imaging. You need to go to a comprehensive cancer center. It’s confusing and terrifying in the beginning but you need to become an expert on your cancer. It’s like learning a new language. From cancer survivor.

That is my big worry for him also. My son (nonverbal autistic at 10 yrs old) had high grade bone cancer osteosarcoma. I watched SOOO many parents try to get their kids treated with alternative treatments. And most of them got way worse, and they ended back at the oncologist office, scrambling. So I don't know how I feel about it anymore, after watching some of these children be dragged through the ringer during their fight. But I also am not sure I would allow my son to go through chemo again. It was so hard on him, I'm not sure he would make it a second time. So actually, I don't know how I feel about any of it. It's all so confusing and terrifying.

I agree with you, as tempting as alternative treatments sound people do usually end up turning to chemo in a panic. I’ve seen in so many times in my line of work. I also watched my Mom battle stage 4 colon cancer and it’s a beast. I don’t say that to scare anyone but it’s just the reality unfortunately. I respect whatever Noah chooses but I worry for him if he goes completely unconventional.

My husband had stage 4 carcinoid cancer 2013 and he had no idea there was only 4 stages when he got the news, a bit of levity for us now especially when sharing his story. He woke up from an exploratory surgery with 5 feet of his intestines removed. He is cancer free and thriving. He had all the same feelings went out, ate bad for a few nights, be easy on yourself. Remember being kind to yourself not adding too much cortisol beating yourself up, just do your best each day that is all you can do. His type of cancer does not respond to chemo either- because it is slow growing. Best to all dealing with health issues

I agree! I know the person in Canada who tried supplements, he's not doing well. There's also a man in Arizona who threw diet and supplements at his rectal cancer, and he ended up with rectal surgery after all. Before surgery, he apologized to his wife if what he did made the cancer worse. There are medications that help greatly to reduce the severity of treatments. And if one medication isn't enough, there are others that will help. I see comments from people who went through this and beat stage 3 and 4 and lived more than 30 years and are going strong. They didn't do keto or nontradionial treatments back then.

I am currently using a protocol that includes keto, fasting, and the other things your dad mentioned. They can tell you how much of which thing to take. My last PET scan showed that it is smaller and less active. What I am fighting is inoperable and untreatable. I am doing very well. I am praying for you.

A family member was diagnosed 2 years ago. Overweight and very poor eating habits for years plus was previously a smoker and some drinking. Had stomach problems for a couple of months, went in for a colonoscopy and got the cancer diagnosis. Had to have a resection, colostomy. He chose to do the very aggressive chemo route. Was in and out of the hospital some with issues but fought past it. Lost weight and changed his diet. A year later, the bag removed and got to ring the cancer free bell. In his 40s. Two years later, still cancer free. Last I saw him, he had gained some weight back. How you go about treatment and survival is a very personal decision that only you can make.

No matter what happens, I can honestly promise you, that you will be happy, comfortable, and able to see or foresee what's to come. This may seem like a horrible time in life, but I honestly promise you, no matter the timeline, everything will work out. In time, your insight can help drive your family towards that which is good. Life can seem complicated, but in time, you will most def realize more then you can even begin to imagine now. No matter what, you will see that you will not go far, but amongst your loved ones. Worst case scenerio if all else fails, ask to just me made comfortable, and stay home. My father did it, and my brother, and it was the best decsion they could have made.

I SEE you, Noah. My heart goes out to you, your wife, family, and friends. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I applaud you facing everything you are feeling and experiencing. It will only help relieve the pressure and stress (which your cancer would feed off of). You don't have to live up to anyone's expectations and you are being you and that is who I see. You are blessed to have a father who is your wall of strength. I never had a father, so you have your ACE there with him (and your mother too). Noah, your diagnosis said your cancer is actually appendix cancer that invaded your colon. You need an appendix cancer specialist. I can’t stress this enough. My brother had this exact disease and he stayed in Arkansas and his oncologist treated it like colon cancer. Standard of care alone won’t cure you (quite the opposite)- please do all the alternative treatments. My brother did not. He trusted his doctors / standard of care / traditional treatment 👎🏻. I can tell you’re on the track! God is with you! Let’s GO!!!! 💪🏻

Noah - I'm an experienced RN - please take the advice to heart about seeking specialized medical care specifically for your appendix cancer diagnosis. It is defined as being a combination of neuroendocrine (carcinoid) and epithelial (adenocarcinoma) cancer cells, so I was very glad to see your mention of consulting an endocrine oncologist. Hang in there. If God takes you to it, He will surely take you through it. Signed - a friend of Bill

From your first video, your 'random' impulse to share your vulnarabities online, your fitness journey and the exceptional people around you, things have been building and coalescing. You've been low-key sharpening a whole box of tools and your so-called weaknesses will crystallize into strengths: Rumination becomes focus. Vulnerability brings authenticity. Oncology RN for 20 years here… you need chemo and radiation. The amount of patients that I’ve seen do alternative therapies for cancer and then come in when it’s too late to do anything is heartbreaking. You need to take the advice of an oncologist if you want any chance of beating this. This is serious business. You can get second opinions but don’t delay treatment. You have to get on this. See the cancer experts. Follow their advice. With all respect to your father, he’s not an oncologist. He needs to be your Dad, not your doctor. There’s a reason doctors don’t treat their family members… they are too emotionally involved. I pray you get good advice and I pray you make a truly informed decision.
