Correct! Pokéball was too good in connection with the eeveelutions. In the original version of epic splash, Exodia pieces were used. They could not be searched with Pokéball as it was not a Pokémon. Since we now use stage 1 eeveelutions (since we have to use only Pokémon cards to be allowed at side events), Pokéball was simply too good, and was replaced with Dual Ball.
