I ordered some motorized roller blackout blinds a few months ago and had my son install them on the two large kitchen windows. We absolutely love them. He put the two tiny remotes on the wall near the kitchen sink. Mine are not solar, but do use lithium batteries. Learned those batteries are expensive! Hopefully they will last a long time! Try to water your plants early in the morning or later in the evening. If you water plants in the bright sun they will cook.

Hey Amy we have three planting seasons in Florida the first one is October to December December to February February to April it's hard to grow things in the summer because it's so hot keep up the good videos I enjoy every one of them

Many people don’t use a disposal here because their plumbing won’t support one. I miss having one now. Instead I keep a tiny colander in one corner of my sink and any extra bits on the plates get rinsed off into that. The pink dress looks very pretty on you and cool for the heat that’s coming soon too. Good luck with your tomatoes. My mom could grow them but I don’t seem to have the gift for tomatoes. Fresh, ripe ones with the thin skins are so yummy! As a kid, we used to go to the Ruskin farms to pick a few bushels for my mom to can. There is nothing like the smell of fresh tomatoes!

Hello hope your having a good day , suggestion on the food etc. Get a little trash bag like one that you get from grocery store put it in the sink. and throw trash/food in their ! and i agree everyone gets food in their sinks lol p.s.s. or take a bowl and put it in the sink put all the trash their just dump it when you need/want to

Hey Amy I hope you're well. Your tomato plants if you want them to grow big, tall etc the growth at the bottom clip off it will allow the plants to move the growth upwards. For your egg roll veg mix get a cheesecloth and put it in before or after blanching and than just twist

@@amymaryon the leaves that shoot out at the bottom of the plant you pinch off so it can direct so it can focus it growing on the main stem and not the bottom one. Just have a wee look online to clarify what I’ve said
