Hiyas Mike mate, Yas never forget yer first, very own flat. The landlords in my first 2 flats had me mowing and shoveling to knock a few $$ off the rent. I also painted rooms in-between tennants for my first landlord. When i think back on it now; i think he made out better than me on that arrangement 😅. KPO ✓ G

I started smoking cigars in college. My freshman year was the last year you could smoke in the dorms! didn't pick up the pipe until 2011.

Hi Pat! Very neat. I used get the cheap king Edward’s in a box of 50 for $20 and would enjoy one every once in a while. I smoked my old Dr. Grabow the other day. Thought of you. Cheers my friend

Great chat Mike. Sounds like a really cool apartment. I remember my first one living room eat in kitchen with a card table and a bedroom and bathroom. Was really happy. Sometimes less is more. Add to rush my wife to hospital Monday. She had a gallbladder attack. They removed it yesterday she's doing well should be home tomorrow. cheers Ron
