Steve, this video is why your fan's love you. Videos like this make you seem so normal (which is not to say that you aren't otherwise normal). You are in a situation where you need to do the work (to perform and record), market you work and also with merch, administer your work. These 3 requirements are the classic challenge for any small business. You should also be using an online store that tracks your inventory automatically. OK, on another topic, your critique of your pictures is also endearing. Actually my favorite picture of your 2nd calendar is the shot with your arms open (similar to the Disneyland pool shot). I guess everyone imagines walking up to you and be greeted by those open arms. Anyway, keep it up.
