An honest day in the life on a homestead

Today was a simple day on our homestead. We did all the little chores that needed to get done but are flashy or overly exciting. Most importantly, we rested, we recharged and we spent time together unplugged. It's hard to believe but when we moved out to our homestead these where the type of days we were after.

it looks like the offshoot is coming from the rootstock of the tree and not the top part. I'd check down if it's coming from below the graft point before making a decision.

When it comes to the pear tree 🌳, keep both, root the branch you want to cut, then cut it once it has roots, it's not that hard to do, watch a couple of KZbin videos and learn a new skill, I'm about to do this with a star fruit tree.
