An honest journey projecting one of Australia's hardest climbs

One of the best videos i have seen about a very long term project and the mental battle. My favourite part was when you showed the voices in your head. I have never seen this in any video before and it was really eyeopening. Crazy how much our brain can stop us from concentrating on what really matters. I have the same doubts and voices when trying to send something hard and I am close. The biggest power a climber can have is to be able to switch off and just exicute. Congratulation on this epic journey, well deserved victory.

I will admit, I strive to have that growth in my climbing where I can go from screaming and angry at myself to happy that I am doing what I am doing.
