Schools are supposed to teach our children academic subjects to prepare them for university or work. As a kid I never knew my teachers first name, or their sexual orientation. I had a gay teacher, I just didn't know he was gay until I was older and figured it out. He was a great Teacher and he taught us Geography but he never ever told us he was gay. That would have been so strange and it is still strange today to hear these alphabet mafia teachers bragging on libs of tictoc how they plan to trans our children. Kids are still getting pregnant, contracting diseases, etc. Parents don’t need to be experts on sex to determine what’s appropriate for their children. Are you serious about parents setting their children up to accidentally get pregnant because parents want to be and should be consulted and be in agreement, yes you are. And how sad that you think that’s what parents want for their children because they want to be informed and a part of the decision making process for their children when it comes to teaching them sex education in school. “Sex experts”, whatever that is, teaching kids about sex hasn’t stop pregnancies or anything else. How many times do I need to say this? Matters like sex, religion, and other hot topics that can cause division aren’t the school’s job or the government’s. It’s the job of parents to teach their kids how to behave. I don’t see how ANYONE can’t understand the danger of a book teaching sex to children. It can lead sexual abuse and rape(regardless of your gender) if you aren’t careful. Children ages 5-13 won’t be able to comprehend this unless their parents explain. We have had enough problems with teenagers exploring sex. We don’t need children getting into the act. I acknowledge and agree that LGBTQ members have their rights just like everyone else but you cannot force someone to embrace any kind of ideology. Let the schools focus on their jobs, let the parents do their’s, and keep books like these or religious books as an option not a requirement. That’s what has parents concerned. Keep the books as an option but also find some arrangement so parents can approve of what their children read. It’s not open for debate! Parents are naturally going to be concerned for their children so find a way that appeals to everyone

I have always advocated for Homeschool over public school systems Ever since I was in a public school. They said I was just lazy and will be mostly alone with it. One thing is still true though, I still don't have many friends but I am not lazy.
