An Important Studio Upgrade - the Stealth Chair

Back in December I wound up in the emergency, dealing with symptoms of a blood clot. As it turns out, my work and really, my sitting all day long in front of a screen caused a pinched nerve in my neck. Obviously that's not a good thing, so at my doctor's orders, I bought a new chair🪑.

Hi, Tim. Glad you found the problem quickly. Just wanted to add that a worn in pair of shoes can throw off your posture, spinal alignment and so on. There were a few times I had some very annoying joint pain from overused gym shoes that, once replaced, went away immediately.

Totally true, good point! I had inserts in my shoes forever because I always wore VANS which had 0 arch support... probably not the best shoe choice.
