TLDR: I ordered the wrong size. For normal size dudes you should get size B, if you are a big guy you should get Size C, if you are small guy Size A

Judging from the video, the chair is a little too big for you: the seat front is touching the back of your knees and the backrest sits a bit too high on your back. That’s what’s causing you to lose blood circulation in your legs and causing you to feel the hard frame.

could be you chose a size that was too big, the frame shouldn't be making contact. Steelcase is a good alternative.

Exactly. I’ve tried the C size which Herman miller says that is the size for my height but when I’ve tried size B it was much more comfortable. Size C was cutting my leg circulation after a while because of the seat length.

@@jg3159 yes. I’ve ordered an aeron gaming size B as well. I’m a 5’11 and 206 pounds. Size C was pressuring my legs because of the seat size and my preference is to have my legs without this pressure when I’m sitting

Regardless I'm on a similar boat, my Aeron's about 2 years old and it's not as bad for me since I have an Atlas headrest on it which is a must imo for such a chair, but trying to fold up my legs is tough due to the hard plastics + the lumbar support isn't as aggressive as I think it should be for such a product

I ended up purchasing the chair locally on Facebook Marketplace brand new and fully loaded for $450. I suspect it was from a company who closed offices. At that price, it was definitely worth it to me. $1500+... not so much haha.

That's why you get a warranty and a brand new one. I love mine and use it 8-12 hours a day and I work remote.

hmmm mine has lasted since 1998 though.... still good.... only last year the seat pan had to be replaced as the hip bolt broke....else mesh is still solid...

It looks way to big for you should have gotten the b size plus it’s been tested it will never loosen like you claim and the hm mirra 2 is literally the chair your describing that you want you should give it a go.

I think your chair might be too big. I'm 6'2" 180lbs in a Size C and my legs do not rest on the hard plastic. If i had shorter legs i think that they would rest against the plastic however. my back also fits the back rest perfectly. Size down your chair.

You sure you got the right size or were sitting with it with correct posture? It's weird that your legs hit the plastic as mine never have :o. But hard to disagree with why you swapped lmfao. That's the thing about the Aeron, it's a chair FOR correct posture, no more no less. It's built for 90 degree body angles, both feet on the floor, etc, if you try anything else you're gonna be hurtin 😂. Learned that myself and that's why I'm about to double up with another chair (steelcase leap maybe?) so while working I can make sure I have my picture perfect posture with the Aeron, but when I'm ready to chill I can get some flex with something that will LET ME be lazy with my posture lmfao. Great review!

Thanks for the video, I bought the chair recently and it still hasn't arrived, I was discouraged but I will try it and I hope I chose the right size, I ordered a size B, I am 5'8" and 180 pounds, here in Mexico, almost no There are options to choose from, I only had the Steelcase Gesture, the Embody and the Aeron available, I bought the Aeron on sale for 1819 dollars with the leather armrests, it is very expensive for me but that's how taxes are in Mexico :c, I chose it About the others because I want to be upright when I work, I also hope to reduce my hours sitting, no matter what chair is used it is not good to be sitting for so many hours, however, in your case I would make the 12 year warranty valid if the mesh is already It does not have the resistance of the beginning, I would complain only for the price paid, again thanks for the honest review, it is horrible to see how other KZbinrs do not mention these things.

this $1,000 chairs are so ridiculous to me. i tried the Aeron, a family member of mine has it. i get more comfort on my $200 Ikea office chair i got from a neighbor for free. i place a small pillow behind my back and i can stay on this chair for 16 hours a day. the only benefit i saw with the Aeron is that is it a very quiet chair. my Ikea chair squeaks whenever i shift my weight around on it while sitting

dont rely on this review only. he is complaining about a core thing of the chair, i have big doubts on the reviewer. This chair has been best reviewed all over the place, I really doubt the plastic in front is uncomfortable. Maybe if you are not sitting correctly. I would try out the chair with professionalists, not with random youtubers...

Its not designed for comfortability. Its an ergonomic chair for long sitting hours that is what its designed for. Just call customer support get a brand new one and you have the warranty to send it back for a new chair if the chair is sagging. I use this chair 8-12 hours a day and I work remote.
