Sandwich shop, I am dreaming of grilled fish on the beach. Enjoyed interview and wonder what happened to his 'Java" experience. Lombok must be a very popular, affordable retirement destination for retirees? Bali is saturated with foreigners but has one of the most unique, living cultures in the world, thanks 2 anthropologists, Mead & Batson & Mexican artist, Miquel Covarrubias. 🏄♀

@@fiascodagama1 It might be Hindu, but I always thought it was a mild corruption/vowel shift of Kota (town or city in Bahasa), there are loads of them all over the country, a bit like in the Greek islands where the main settlement is almost always called Xora or chora, just means town.

Hi Wayne, good on that gentleman picking up garbage as in Bali after rain currently the garbage and snakes 🐍 have been excessive this time around. Gourmet sandwich 🥪 is practical&wonder about prices as in west Sydney a huge falafel roll is $5 so Lombok should be heaps cheaper of course. Wouldn't mind seeing where the older crowd live Slowly starting to make bookings for my Bali trip, prices are definitely on the up 😞 I agree with supporting new, local businesses&today ordered farmers pick cherries 🍒 for mum to avoid excess wastage&they delivered double.Shout out to all the hard working farmers not getting the support they need.
