Fun fact:During the mohg fight during the second phase maxor changes the name from "Mohg the lord of blood" to "Mohg the fallen prince" Which is actually lore accurate.Which makes you wonder how interested maxor is in the lore.

Its basically the finishing move of the one final boss from that Mugen horror fighter. I think it's just called Nightmare but it floods the person's brain with the knowledge of the entire universe until they explode.

My favorite part is that he mentioned the community joke about Maliketh killing you with Destined Death. The joke is that if the game truly followed the rules of its own lore, your character would be permanently dead if he kills you in phase 2 with the destined death sword.

@@hdmicord8200 yeah all of them except for the wounded one use destined death attacks. When you get to the even stronger ones like Alecto they also gain an AOE on their slam attack that is basically the same thing Maliketh does during his boss fight.

Fun fact: During Dragonlord Placudissax’s tactical nuke attack that we can all agree is “really fucking cool”, his badass boss music just suddenly stops while he’s doing it which creates a spectacular “oh shit, shit’s about to go down” moment the first time he hits you with it.

Actually Max0r color-correcting the bosses attacks while editing. He mentioned it in previous Elden ring video. It awesome how just changing the colour adds to the epicness of the fight.

The reaction to Maliketh’s second phase cutscene was perfect. It makes sense in context too, because Maliketh was feared by pretty much everyone else in the setting, including gods and demigods.

The blood loss attack (Nihil) isn't dodge-able, but he telegraphs it by counting from 3 in latin, so you can see it coming and it's possible to HEAL through the damage, or just kill him before he finishes if you're cracked enough.

You know, hearing Beth say that SHE was into rangers and melee warriors while Ken was into mages is surprising considering your avatars in the intro and end screen of your videos are the opposite of that (Ken has the red-eyed crazy swordsman, Beth has the elegant whip wielding mage), so it was kinda neat hearing that lol Now I'm wondering why the opposite avatars then? this is very fitting that the human computer known as Max0r could be on that next level, but another Souls like tuber I can suggest besides him and Vaati is someone known as Shezmen, he's done covers of all the Dark Souls and Sekiro plus Elden Ring which work out pretty great

I know im a bit late to this, but if you dont mind modding the game, Elden Ring has a full co-op mod, where you can play through the entire game together, rather than using the standard built in summoning system, where you can only summon someone for a dungeon or boss fight. Another bonus to it, is that you cant be invaded by another player. With the built in summoning system, another player can forcefully join you with the goal of killing you. With the co-op mod, this cant happen.

Malekith is the perfect example of the WH40k saying about space marines. “Nothing that big should move that fast.” He is easily one of the hardest mandatory bosses in the game. The nice part about him is that once his move set clicks (which can take a while) he’s much easier on subsequent visits.

Not sure if you guys had seen it yet but a while back max0r had made one called 'an incorrect summary of ace combat 7', which was pretty funny considering how accurate he'd made about the entire series in that one single video.

"How many times do you have to fight this guy?" Who? Commander Niall ? A lot, for me i think it was 30-40 attempts, maybe more. He is in my personal TOP 10 most brutal bossfights in the entire game, and just on #8. For the record: There are millions of ways to play this game, and everybody fights different, and i am very bad at this. Still.

I feel like *sometimes* the rapid color changing thing makes it way harder to see what's going on, but other times it really adds to it. He's gotten way better at the pacing I think, I get a little stopped up on the transitions into the boss montages but otherwise it flowed really well

You could play Seamless co-op mod for elden ring, it allows you to play 100% of the game co-op, right from when you first spawn in!
