One thing I missed (as I filmed this differently to usual) is that the accessory box has some rubber covers for the top case I/O. Another great little touch!

Bought the case and the LC420 AIO and they were the best things I spent my money on this year.

I really liked the design of the case, I would love to see if Asus has any plans to release smaller version of this case.

Thanks for the great in depth review of this beast of a PC case. Although, I'm most surprised it did not perform the best in the cooling chart but got beaten by cases equipped with 120mm fans.
@jordanash6 ай бұрын
No problem! Yeah I'm guessing ASUS went for a mix of noise to airflow. To be fair they have Noctua Industrial fans on the AIO, so they could have put Noctua 140mm fans in the front.

Fantastic video. I love everything about it. I'm really torn between getting this one and the Fractal Torrent for a 4090 build. The build quality also looks better on the PA602.
@jordanash6 ай бұрын
Thank you! The Torrent is a fantastic case from what I've seen, I've got a compact to look at soon. This has a bit more of a price premium I think 🤔
@DailyTechNews.mp43 ай бұрын
I was thinking the same ...build quality looks way better here than the Torrent... however I'd imagine GPUs are gonna be running cooler/quieter on the Torrent because of the bottom intake

It's well built! Matching Art Mobo . It's beautiful! Now we need GPU, PSU and memory ART.

Hi, I haven't seen the GPU temps in your tests, it would have been a great addition to this video.
@jordanash2 ай бұрын
Hey, yeah I don't generally include them as the CPU is always hotter and the main part that *needs* cooling, but I can start to implement it if people want.
@TheLilRappy2 ай бұрын
I, for example, could use also this bit of information, and I am sure others could too. Because the GPU is also important in a system as performance goes, its cooling is as important. Aside from that, is there anywhere mentioned what airflow is capable of each of the 200mm fans of this case? I can't find this anywhere. Thank you for your time
@jordanash2 ай бұрын
Yes of course, but what I mean is that most GPUs only go to a max of around 80 degrees and it's normal for them to run like that, whereas the CPU can go to 100 and throttle so that's why I've just included the CPU as that's a lot more important. I will start to add GPUs too. Not sure about the CFM no, sorry. If I didn't mention it in the video it's only as I couldn't find it myself.

This is awesome Jordan, I just got my case and working on the build. I have an issue with PC case fans, any idea why I am not able to run them through the fan hub but they work just fine if I connect them directly?
@jordanash3 ай бұрын
I think there's a sata power for the hub, is that connected?

Yes 😏 Apparently the ASUS ones push more air though

Thanks for the great video. I do love this case, Asus is doing an excellent job with cases. Very good attention to detail and the case is very well thought overall. The fact you can remove filters by the side is excellent - more manufacturers should be doing that. Usually you have to remove them by the front or back or have to remove parts, which is not great. The Wifi antenna compartment is great as long as you're staying in teh same room as your AP, so your case will always look neat. The front panel is very smart I'm sure many artists will find good use for all those USB's. I don't buy this case because I'm not an artist and I would be embarrased to have it and be questioned about it! :D
@damokerbs58564 ай бұрын
Forgot to mention, I think the price is very good. It is expensive but fair. Some of these features are simple and you won't get them even with the Dark base 901 Pro - which I find extremely overengineered and overpriced at over £300 is crazy. It's like they've jumped the 200-300 range.
@jordanash4 ай бұрын
You're welcome, thanks for watching. You don't need to be an artist though, you also don't need to justify why you bought something you like to anyone else! I'm going to do a gaming PC in this case soon!

Hi Jordan, just thought I'd shoot a quick comment to see if you could help me with my build. I've recently purchased the PA602, and I was just wondering how you removed the hard drive cage as I can't seem to find any guidance in the manual for doing so. It's because I am having some issues regarding the bulky corsair RM1000x power supply cables. Any help would be more than appreciated, but all good if you can't recall. Take care😊
@jordanash6 ай бұрын
Hey hey. Yeah it's two screws on the rear of the motherboard tray, then it slides towards you.

Hey. Sorry for the late reply. Just wanted to say thank you so much, I managed to remove the cages in the end and now I'm all up and running. Appreciate it 👍 @@jordanash

Don't buy Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 for this case, the heatsink is too big, some metal part is brutally pressing the pipes right behind the heatsink just because the pipes are closer than you can find in ProArt AIO. You won't like it. They built this case to sell more Asus components.
@jordanash2 ай бұрын
Well to be fair yes it's designed for the proart, but could you not put it in the front?
@Arcblood6 күн бұрын
To be fair, they sell less units of this because of its unique visual aesthetic, which doesn't combine well with most mixmatching brands. I don't ding them for not optimizing for all the brands / competition. That's what other cases are for.

Is it possible to completely switch off 200mm fans from the front panel button or in order to do that you need to disconnect the cable inside the chassis?
@jordanash6 ай бұрын
It goes off the hub, so anything connected to that is powered. You'd have to disconnect them, why would you want to though?
@marcusgoodlooking24826 ай бұрын
@@jordanash Thanks for your information .I've just wanted to know if it`s possible when pc is on idle fans will be to loud for me on auto mode
@jordanash6 ай бұрын
If you use the pwm header then at idle the fans shouldn't be spinning much at all anyway.
@d1m1811 күн бұрын
I want to love this case but so much wasted space, makes it huge for not much benefit
@jordanash11 күн бұрын
Yeah, making it support their 420mm AIO really opens it up. A vertical mount for the gpu would fill it out.
