Hey Sam. I’m an English guy living in Belgium. One of my favourite Belgium dishes is “Stofvlees met frietjes en mayonaise’ which is basically beef stew cooked in beer (a good Belgian brown beer) with chips (fries) and, of course, mayonnaise. I’m making these meatballs for my tomato butter sauce - supposed to be used on pasta, but true to Sam the Cooking Guy’s guidance, I deviated from the recipe and floated the meatballs in some sauce with parm on top for a carbless version! Thanks for being so innovative!
