Risky business, but I'm in at this lower price as risk rewards metric became very attractive. They need a couple new big institutional investors to save the day. I would think they're too big in China with over 2000 stores for China investors circle to just let it burn. To washed out the debt, i do see more share dilution hence lower price per share, then hopefully rally to the upside. If we get no buyer, bankruptcy is bigger possibility. Good luck! Don't put your house on it.

What are you talking about? It was not " proved" a scam. It is in Chapter 15, which is not the typical 11. I would invest in them , personally. What's the differentiation? Starbucks could just partner with meituan for delivery to ur home, wechat for ordering online and picking up from the store. Starbucks already have all the stores setup , what they need now is just a tweak to their software and operations for pickup.

Starbucks already do, and if you step into a Chinese Starbucks you will see loads of PROFITABLE coffees produced and picked up by the third party delivery companies. Step into an LK and you'll see far less. Don't believe the LK hype. Everything LK claims to 'revolutionise' is just poppycock. @El Bottoo Which sounds great, except the cost of rental space, labour and importing coffee determine the price of a cup. Right now LK are giving away coffee way below the cost of production (approx 10RMB) and burning through hundreds of millions of investors money in the process. Turns out selling mediocre products at a net loss is a terrible business. The solution they came up with to salvage investors was to lie about revenues. Unfortunately it was not a very creative crime because all the skeptics needed to do was monitor a handful of stores and estimate revenue, thus exposing the fraud. At least they caught this early.
