I have the deluxe edition and man its worth it. I love this game and I'm so happy with how it came out. The gameplay is great and the story so far is great too. I love Kamala and having her as the protagonist getting the Avengers back together is brilliant. I cant wait to play some more!

"To me, the Avengers are all about Cap. What if you removed him? The personalities that are held together but spit and glue if you will, start to fall apart." These guys know the comic book stuff but the execution of this game was kind of disappointing, i guess i didn't expect an RPG game, more of a narrative driven and potentially open-world one. However, this is just from my perspective, i'm not saying that they did not do what they were supposed to do. So props to them, this game makes me feel like an Avenger which is really the whole point for players.

I agree. I still think the campaign’s quite strong. I wish there were some minor improvements made (Hulk should be able to run really fast, some gameplay to cutscene transitions, etc.) but I think it’s a good effort. I hope the upcoming DLC helps improve the game further.

i’ve played the game , and this comment is a spoiler, but my man literally spoiled caps still alive. “caps missing and presumed dead”, i could figure out he was still alive anyways it’s still a spoiler to those who believe he’s dead, they should’ve done a much better job at hiding cap still being alive, like only having him when loading to a previous checkpoint after you’ve unlocked him, or not showing his skins or emotes in the store and not ok the hero roster. this could have been a massive surprise but it wasn’t it was obvious

This game really needs a post launch hook now as the post campaign stuff is super repetitive and the loot gathering feels utterly pointless and boring. Also, why can’t you play the campaign through again? It is the most compelling part of the package yet it’s a one and done deal. That seems really odd to me.

That said, MARVEL Games (the video game division of ME) owns the video game rights to Spider-Man. Sony Interactive Entertainment has the licence to publish & develop SM solo games. If SIE owned the SM game rights, SM would have never been a playable character in MARVEL Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order for the Nintendo Switch.

Alberto Rojas Man, use google Sony owns Spider Man, Marvel and Sony have a deal, when DC was hitting big in the 80’s 90’s with the blockbuster Batman and Superman films marvel was going bankrupt and they sold Spider-Man and his properties to Sony, The Mutants(X-Men) to Fox (Which Disney just bought back) and most of the rest to Disney PLEASE do yourself a favor and use google

This game was the most amazing thing that happened to me in 2020 because it sucks but this made 1000 times better. The avengers movie from 2012 was the start of how much I love marvel. I watched that movie when I was 6 and I just never expected it to be so good and now that I’m getting older and understanding the movies and now the games this just gets better and better and will continue getting better when more marvel stuff comes out. This game is so insane I’ve got this game like 2 nights ago which I preordered it and got the deluxe edition and played about 10 hours of it already and this is soooooooooo good. I definitely recommend this game to everyone especially people of like dc because marvel is better by so far sorry

Ok someone awnser this question for me. I don't play online and dont care for multiplayer. Now I heard that campaign is playable offline, however I also heard from reddit posts you need to be online to start the game when you stick it in for the first time. You do need to sign in once. That does require internet connection. I would wait for all the dlcs to drop then get the game, cause then you can get the dlcs and log in all in one go. Hope this helped

@Thibo Meesters, if I'm not mistaken, Doctor Strange is currently a member of the Avengers in the mainstream continuity (comics) the Prime MARVEL Universe/Earth-616. That said, Dr. Strange most likely will be a playable character in MARVEL's Avengers video game.

M.O.D.O.K., Taskmaster and Abomination are the only recognizable villains in this game. They need more villains. They should’ve added more bad guys to work with M.O.D.O.K. in the main story. I would’ve added Whiplash(an extra Iron Man villain), and the Wrecking Crew(Thor villains).

I love this game. Please make Takedowns earnable in game so I don't have to pay over 100 dollars to make the gameplay less repetitive. 12 dollars per takedown is too high. I paid 70 dollars for the game. Skins are understandable you can only have one equipped at a time. But locking off 12 animations for over 100 dollars is depressing.

If IG developed MARVEL's Avengers video game then the publisher most likely is SIE and the Avengers game would've been exclusively for PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5.
