I'm headed there tomorrow for the first time. Great tour of the mountain. Thanks for the effort.

Been a while since I've been to BC - over 5 years, in fact - but I'm finally going again tomorrow and I'll undoubtedly be hitting that one (and maybe putting footage of it in the March 1st video)

These are great. Can you do Vail sometime before March? I went once, loved it, but it was so big that I spent a lot of time looking at the map.

Hopefully I'll be able to sometime in February, but Aspen and Jackson Hole are both competing for my attention (😉), so no promises

@@SRGSkiing I really like your approach. It's more flashy to show GoPro videos but walking through the map is perfect. The insight knowledge about lift lines at different times of the day and snow quality throughout the day is SO useful. I did Brec for the first time last year and came away thoroughly unimpressed. Was I missing something? But then I saw your Haters Guide and felt vindicated.

Breck can be great, but it requires a bit of luck and a lot of knowledge

Just wondering: What do you think is the easiest double black in the Colorado Ikon mountains? (I know, it's an oxymoron)
@SRGSkiing Жыл бұрын
Man, that's tough. Maybe Pali Main Street at Arapahoe Basin

@@SRGSkiing One more question: Do you think Western Slope, Valentine's, Denverite, or Falcon Alley (at Copper) is the easiest/hardest?
@SRGSkiing Жыл бұрын
Western Slope/Falcon Alley are easier imo than Valentine's/Denverite, but a lot of that depends on the conditions

Do you know if the Strawberry Express lift allows skiers to ride back down to the base?
@SRGSkiing11 ай бұрын
I believe it does, but don't quote me on that
@money20047610 ай бұрын
yes but i wouldn't do it personally lol downlifting in a chair terrifys me

Yes, there is a “downloading” platform at the Strawberry Park lift. Back when Centennial was a quad you could also ride the chair downhill but now you can only ride the gondola cabins downhill on Centennial. Some of the other lifts have downhill loading areas but are unfortunately designed to require your skis to be removed and to ride the chair on foot (main offender is Bachelor Gulch) All of the gondolas (Haymeadow, Centennial, Riverfront) allow every cabin to be used uphill and downhill.
