Great video, I enjoyed it a lot even before the last lap. I have to say I would prefer it if the chat was on all the time, it would only cover the pillar for the roof of the car anyway.

Really nice editing on these I think, I'm loving these. Ever time you go up a license you lose 1 point of SR so you went from Rookie 3.63 to D 2.63 @24:55. Extrapolating that would be C 1.63, B 0.63, and A negative. Which is why ideally you don't want a license above your racing class, SR is really just Corners Per Incident (CPI) expressed in a easier to understand way, CPI limits in rookies is very low and in A very high. Licenses mean nothing, fastest lap times means very little, the test for skill is looking at the difference between a players average lap times and their fastest lap time. In the lower skill splits, below ~2K IR, running average or below lap times but being able to always keep it on the track will usually guarantee a decent finish, above 2K IR not so much as everyone can run clean AND fast... more or less.

You see, in Iracing, people spin out, they wait for the field to pass till it's actually safe to rejoin, unlike games like Gran Turismo where they rejoin whenever and you end up crashing into them...

I'd love to see it as well, but I don't think proper circle-track racing is his style. Broughy's focus is always racing lines and opportunistic overtaking, not grooves and strategic positioning. And definitely not pack racing. Maybe a road course in a stock car.

yes you could, but you would destroy your own rating as well. The game gives both parties a penalty, doesn't matter who did what.

It really shows you haven't raced properly in a while. Driving is good, racing not so much. Looks like you're afraid of racing people, leaving 10x the space you need to leave.
