We had 3 and a half inches of rain off Cave Creek Road, and Grandview. I have a rain gauge , and we flooded on my patio, checked the rain gauge, and it said three and a half inches, a little above the three and a half. Most I have ever seen in the 15 years I have been here.

Wow. That’s incredible. I didn’t know monsoons do this kind of damage or were that dangerous. Thanks for the information.

50 miles SW of Chicago and we got hit HARD this morning. Was praying for it to stop so our crawl space didn't flood. Was like a monsoon for half hour.

As a person who isn't a construction engineer, but knows about crazy weather I live in Alabama, when you planning a place like a business like Circle K and others you pencil in the weather but you're in Arizona and you don't get crazy weather as much so the planners didn't figure in the usual crazy weather scenario.

Can't 'Circle K' do a better job of securing that roof? If he was hurt it could have meant an expensive lawsuit for them.

so a roof topples on top of a car and the male news reporter asks the car driver what his feelings were?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????????? That is for women to ask, since women have no idea how anything works. men don't ask that.

I do not subscribe to that theory. No offense. I just can’t attribute things that have happened for hundreds of years to climate change.
