It was great that Courtney Cox was part of Iron Maidens, but I am happy that she is a part of the Burning Witches. It is great to see her move onto a band that is amazing and great. Wishing her all the best moving forward....

Burning Witches is an awesome band!! Great musicians playing awesome songs. Nice to see them for the first time live within 3 days in Venlo, The Netherlands. 🤘😆

Nice interview! While I hate that Courtney left the Maidens, I completely understand why & support her decision. She absolutely made the right call. The Maidens are a great band & anything Maiden is awesome, but at the end of the day, they are still a cover band whereas the Burning Witches are not. It takes a lot of guts to step away from a gig where she was making a decent living to go to something a little less certain, but the Witches are a great band with a bright future & I expect to see great things from them in the future! All the best, Courtney, & I hope I can catch a Burning Witches show at some point in the future.

This is not an interview, it’s a conversation between two friends great job mate. Burning witches are awesome and Courtney fits so well in the band. I hope they come to Australia and my band can open up for them.

Remember, phantom blue, the Roxy! And then they played at this place, called pelicans retreat, but only the vocalist and drummer were there from the original lineup. But I have the shrapnel records release. Great stuff. Having a condom inside the wrapping on the album was genius. Why Call It Love?

She was the only Guitarist at the Atlanta show last week. With Romana being in the hospital, and she did great...

I was there. It was at Buckhead theater. Courtney played both guitar parts simultaneously. There were only a few times where she stopped to play only lead. I don’t think people realize what a phenomenal master guitar virtuoso she is.

Larissa is an absolutely amazing lead guitarist too.. I hope you can do a triple guitar attack. for the future because. the talent is there to do some amazing next level guitar work. Romana. Courtney and Larissa would be an awesome trio no other All Female band could touch.

Courtney has great taste in music, but nothing she has done so far has done her potential justice. I think she needs something a little more melodic, slower, and less aggressive than Burning Witches in order for her skills to really shine. She has a great personality, the kind of gal you'd love to spend time with. On stage, she's goofy, funny, loves to make people happy. I have been rooting for her for years and still hope she will someday find a band that plays material that is at Maiden's level.

So quiet and unassuming offstage and slightly shy. God my heart is bursting for this girl. She's like the mighty thor on stage then I see her here and she goes from making me explode with seeing her onstage to making me melt.

Would be but now she's not the same. It's not just about a few kilos but also her energy gone/ I mean her stage performances. There's not so much drive from her as it was in Maidens. She just staying at one place rarely doing back vocals. And I definetely miss her almost topless days)

One thing I've noticed about Courtney's live performances with the Witches is that she constantly sounds out of tune, especially when she is soloing. She also often plays random lead bits that sound more like noise than melody, and I think it doesn't fit in with the band's music style. The rest of the band, too, have things they need to work out in order to sound more locked in, but Coutney being persistently out of tune doesn't help, either. I am also not sure why, but the bass is always so low in the mix, both live and on records, that it's often hard to tell what key the song they are playing is in, as there is no root note that can be heard supporting the whole structure. I love Courtney as a guitar player. She's easily the female guitarist with the most potential today, but from what I have seen so far of her performances with the Witches, I am a bit worried as to how she'll continue to grow.

You should be happy that she's no longer in a tribute band that nobody really give a fuck about.
