They literally love each other like brothers, but in this series they don't focus that much on it, and you can't appreciete it and you may see it like a "normal" friendship. btw: they live together from 2012 until today. they started living in an apartment for 2 people, they all slept in the SAME room, and in December of 2017 they moved to one of the most expensive apartments in Korea, they said that if they lived apart they would feel alone and miss each other so they would always live together, they are literally a family.

I wonder what J-hope thought when he was transferred from jyp to bighit... bc jyp is BIG in skorea; it's one of the big three entertainment companies and i imagine he must've felt let down at that time. But now look where it got him :) You should know that in the skorean entertainment industry three companies rule: JYP, YG and SM. Groups from smaller companies used to have no chance at winning big awards - that is, until BTS came into the picture. BTS is the first group that is not from "the big three" to EVER receive a Daesang award! (they've won multiple big awards by now, but it was really a game changer when they broke that tradition). In fact, BTS used to struggle with disrespect and unfair treatment for a long time before they established themselves. Still to this day, they don't have the same status as the groups from YG/SM/JYP... If you pay attention to their lyrics, you will often notice the "underdog theme". From the top of my head, I think of tracks like Baepsae, Not Today, Mic Drop, Agust D, the Cypher Series, Nevermind, ... In general, I recommend looking up BTS lyrics (you can find them in YT on most lyric videos). Thanks again for the reaction! 3:32 I think "self taught" would be stretching it, but he definitely didn't have the ballet background that Jimin has. He actually did a solo song on the Wings album called "mama" that is all about how, unbeknownst to him as a child, she was budgeting and standing up to his father about allowing him to stay in dance classes, despite them not really being able to afford it.

Everyone makes fun of Hobi with the snakeu (well, he is funny) but he's afraid of snakes and it was a big one. Plus, in the photos he smiled and all, he was very professional. Hoseok gets scared easily but he's not a coward, he's brave! That thing about J Hope and V changing roles is one of the few mistakes Squishy mentions, that's just a rumor. J Hope joined Big Hit when they were planning to debut a hip hop group of only rappers. Maybe he sang a bit back in school, but when he joined he was always supposed to learn rap. Since he was a street dancer he had to learn rap from zero, while all the other trainees were into rap already. When V joined I believe they already had changed the concept to an idol group, so V was supposed to be a singer since the beginning. What happens is that V is a huge fanboy of the Cyphers and loves rap, but he's not very good at it because although his voice is cool, he can't pronounce the words well when he's talking too fast, he doesn't have a good diction when rapping. Also, technically no BTS member had previous experience with singing (no vocal training I mean) before debuting and considering their company was in debt and their busy schedule... I don't think they had proper vocal training until years later. Sorry my comment is so long. I was going to explain some things about Korean culture but other people may have done that already.

I agree with your point, while i am sure other groups do help each other out, here there is the visual appearance that they are there for each other and help support and teach each other if needed. They are relateable as if they could be any one of us and that again seperates them from other idol groups. The other part I appreciate about them, is like you said you cant not like any one member, they each stand out individually and contribute something to the group and to each other as well. hence why there is not one aspect about them i dislike.

I just discovered your channel today and binge watched lots of your videos. I love your guys’ reactions because you’re so genuine and funny too. J-Hope/Hoseok actually gave up his vocal position in the group for V/Taehyung. V was supposed to be rapper while Hobi a singer. But V didn't want to, so Hobi gave him his position and learnt rap later. With the years you can see he has improved so much. (Try Cyphers 1 to 4 and you will see what I mean.)

Ye actually this info was a joke made by the members themselves bc they would introduce themselves as such but they never actually switched roles or anything. Remember that originally BTS was a hip hop oriented group and J-Hope was a rapper. Only later on did they add vocalists and make BTS into an idol group that did more than just hip hop ☺️

Shastewastapasta exactly!! first it was RM, Suga and some other guys that were supposed to be made into hip-hop, rap-only group, with no dancing or anything. and that's when J-Hope joined, so to fit in with all those swaggy rapper guys, he learnt how to rap himself. later those "other" rappers started leaving for various reasons and bighit started adding vocalists to the group, making the bts into what we know them to be today
