No. It's an airship known as the Prydwen. It was created by the East Coast chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel in the years between *Fallout 3* and *Fallout 4.* It took two years to design and gather the materials, and another two to build. It's suspended by large bladders filled with hydrogen (helium is exceedingly scarce in the post-apocalypse), and is powered by a nuclear reactor (implied to be taked from Rivet City). It acts as a mobile base that can be used to mobilize the Brotherhood's forces for large-scale military operations, such as when Arthur Maxon led his forces to the Commonwealth to go to war with the Institute during the events of *Fallout 4.* Originally, articles promoting the Amazon show referred to the ship in said show as the "Caswennan", which suggested this was a separate (yet somehow identical) ship. But upon the show's premiere, the name "Prydwen" is clearly visible in the ship's hull, so the articles were either wrong, or it was an intentional mislead. That said, the Prydwen's arrival in New California (presumably at the request of Elder Cleric Quintus) and in the show has heavy implications, as most endings for *Fallout 4* result in the ship being destroyed and the Brotherhood in the Commonwealth being mostly wiped out. The fact it's survived to the events of the show narrow down the potential endings for *FO4* to either the Brotherhood of Steel being victorious over the Institute, or the Minutemen defeating the Institute while remaining at peace with the Brotherhood.
