Always important to put things into perspective. Life is meant to be celebrated, and in a world where we just make ourselves busy to stay busy, we gotta remember that life is constantly moving but there is no peace unless you find your love for it in the moment.🙏🏽🖤💫

So the answer is, to just stop thinking, climb into the present moment and forget about time all together, just ignore it, pretend that there is no time, that time doesn't exist. In this place perfect peace resides. Ok, it's pretty much impossible to stop thinking so just watch the thoughts arise but don't become the thoughts, for in truth your thoughts are not you. Just imaginary stuff going on, which seems to be located in your head. Just words and images appearing out of nowhere, and really have no meaning. To be in perfect peace and rest is an abundant life.

True, but there are always 2 sides to a medal in duality (and these teachings are supporting duality, because they still show identifications, like: this is the solution, the way, so still limited and not pure being): "Stop thinking for focusing more not for giving away all your power, otherwise we end up in a place where we will be happy and own nothing (many know these words). We all feel what we are and we are quiet but it is to bring these insights into our life, experiences, sharing love and living in freedom is important and divine.. only escaping to be still is not the way.. we are here to experience also life in this material world.. especially on very high levels.. when we give all out power away, we support a system where we will be abused fully, no freedom left.. Meditating and stillness are good, as a support for this life here and to live this all integrated to the fullest, not as the only thing to do, as the only goal (this is a trap and set up even).. since we are whole already, without any effort and in every moment..."

@@higherself7979 yep, I became still, present etc and live mostly in peace, but now own nothing, have no significant others and "do" very little. It's time to re join the world. Use my mind to plan and do stuff, then turn off thoughts when they are not needed.

In Zen they say, "Do not seek the truth. Simply cease to care about opinion." The Zen kōan, "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" helps one do this. By denying the mind the satisfaction of a logical conclusion, you're forced to repeat the question over and over. The nonsensical nature of it helps you to observe the thought itself, as no longer "your" thoughts but just thoughts. From there it is possible to realize you are "that which is observing thought." Eckhart Tolle calls this the unconditioned dimension of consciousness. Or as I like to say, you are "that which remains." For when you no longer identify with physicality or thought, you become "that which remains" which has no idea or "condition" in which you exist. You just "ARE." I think any higher form of reality must be "WHAT IS." Which has no interpretation, and cannot be reduced to ideas and limitation. Instead you experience the totality of what is, which has presence and "aliveness" that is ineffable. Ultimately I believe Eckhart Tolle's teachings, and many others, including Buddhism, help one transcend to a higher form of existence/reality. Because these teachings tend to be antithetical to reality as we know it, such as, letting go of ego and identity, in a world literally ruled by ego... (Which is also the source of the world's woe.)

Allow your heart the space it needs to manifest your highest desires into existence. When you really just let things be, and detach from all outcomes, you give life the opportunity and space to work in your favour. When there is space you can manifest even more and finally receive what you have been waiting for. I set another intention for anyone who reads this, I promise what you desire is on its way. I am sending you love and strength. You are Appreciated & Loved You are Accepted and Supported. Trust in yourself and Trust in life. ~Much Love from a Law of Attraction KZbinr💜

Such a beautiful message✨ My life path # is 22🌌♋. It says, it's the most important # in numerology. My purpose in the world, is to help other's. I feel the need to awaken people. I give them messages💌 but a lot of people just don't understand me. I've been able to manifest messages by speaking to them from my room, just by concentrating on who I'm sending a message to. I never knew I could do such a thing. Anything is possible and I will never stop helping people.

@@anthonym3351 Let me put it this way. When an athlete is totally present and not distracted by thought (probably not thinking at all usually)...the athlete is said to be in "the zone" and performs at a much higher level than normal. We could live often in the zone. I would also point out this is far less stressful and more prone to be happy. It is thoughts of past and future and imaginations that often create our misery and stress in life.

@@NondualityChannel thoughta distracting you simply reflects your relationship to them, not narure of toughts. in a same way you could say that sounds distract you and enlightenment is a state where your ears stops working. Buddha names mind as sixth sense along hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling and feeling. And nature of mind is to think. States of no toughts are just meditative absorptions, they come and go. Clinging to them and trying make them last, pushing toughts away is aversion toward nature of tought aka delusion according to buddha

Our relationship with our minds make life difficult for us, we humans are blessed with very complex brains and minds and part of our evolutionary journey is learning how to use these wonderful tools rather than being used by them. We human beings are a very young species and us homosapiens in particular are an even younger branch of humanities family tree and both individually and collectively a work in progress. Knowing what we don't know is a wonderful gift and brilliant solid base to return to when we get confused by our own and other people's minds. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

There is cautionary side of meditation you don't hear much about due partly to the fact that you soften the filters between conscious and subconscious mind in meditation and you may release traumas into the conscious you are not prepared for. As well there can be a release of energy in meditation like having a Kundalini experience the body is not ready for. Our resistances that come up in meditation are the physical body's/mind's safeguard like anxiety, falling asleep etc. so we should approach it with reverence and patience. When I teach meditation to beginners I have them start with 2 minutes, and if they can stay in the present with their breath without distraction or emotional reaction then go up to 3, then 4 or 5 etc. this is a safe way to develop and you won't wind up hating meditation like some do when they think they HAVE to go 20 minutes or longer right from the start.

When I started meditating 7 or 8 years ago, I was amazed that 5 minutes a day of sitting and noticing my breathing or focusing on things I'm grateful for produced a noticeable shift and calmness in me and just about 3 weeks, and it was so inspiring that I stayed with it since then. I think the regularity more than the length of time spent sitting in alert stillness is important. It led to a greater faith in the universe and that things work out as they are supposed to.
